Conditions of business:
1. Warranty: Since most of my parts are mainly used parts or individually selected parts, I cannot give any kind of warranty.
2. Refund/Returning: A Refund/Return can only be made if an article differs heavily from the discription on the website or is damaged on transport. In this case insurance may enter.
3. Taxes: Depending on the value of the purchased item, the country of destination may rise taxes for import which have to be covered by the customer
4. Delivery: All items offered in the shop are in stock and will be sent within 5 days after payment has been received.
5. Payment: By buying an item, the customer is committed to pay within 5 days. If no payment is received after 5 days, the item may be sold otherwise and the customer looses all rights on the item.
6. Withdrawal: The customer may withdraw from his purchase before shipment and has to cover a fee of 5 Euros. After the item is shipped, withdrawal is only possible when the customer returns the item to his expense. Shippingcosts will not be refunded and a 5 Euro fee will be charged.
7. Copyright: All rights for images and discriptions of the articles are protected for the shopowner and may not be used without permission. |
